Description
The structural characteristics of the 1P ZHPV-125 1000VDC Fuse Base and Fuse links 22 × 58mm cylindrical ceramic fuse bottom in the photovoltaic system are as follows. This series of fuses consists of a fuse link and a fuse holder. The variable cross-section fuse body made of pure copper sheet (or copper wire, silver wire, silver sheet) is sealed in a fuse tube made of high-strength ceramic or epoxy glass cloth tube, filled with chemically treated high-purity quartz sand as an arc extinguishing medium. The two sides of the fuse core are reliably connected to the end plate through spot welding, forming a cylindrical cap shaped structure. The ZHPV-125 1000VDC Fuse Base is made of resin or plastic shell pressed with electric shock, including a fuse element, which is connected by riveting as a support for the appropriate size fuse body component.
