Features: Knife type fuse installation structure, 35mm DIN rail tool free installation, blue transparent observation window for real-time viewing of fuse status, flame-retardant engineering plastic shell.
Application: Installation and quick replacement of fuses in low-voltage distribution cabinets and electrical control boxes, serving as overload/short circuit protection points for circuits.
3、 Category 2: Fuse type isolating switch (isolating switch fuse group)
Integrate "switch on/off+isolation+fuse protection" into one, connect, carry, and disconnect circuits under no-load or load conditions, and provide overload/short circuit protection through fuses; When the switch is opened, a clear visible breakpoint is formed to ensure maintenance safety. Divided into two categories based on structure and series:
3.1 HR6 series (blade type/open type)
Representative model: HR6-160/30 (160A, 660V, 50Hz)
Positioning: Classic opening knife type isolation switch fuse group, with intuitive structure and easy maintenance.
Features: Knife switch on/off structure, silver plated copper contacts, top handle operation, six terminal wiring (one in and one out per phase), screw panel installation.
Application: Industrial/commercial distribution main switch or branch switch, motor branch protection and isolation.
3.2 HR17 series (closed modular, main series)
Representative models: HR17-100/HR17-160/HR17-250/HR17-400/HR17-630
Positioning: Modular enclosed fuse type isolation switch, graded according to rated current, covering medium to high current requirements of 100A to 630A, is the main series of the product line.
Common features: Wide top handle/handle operation, blue (semi) transparent observation window with no need to open the cover for checking the melt core, visible breakpoint isolation, flame-retardant engineering plastic shell, support for 35mm DIN rail or screw panel/busbar installation, 50/60Hz broadband compatibility (some models).
Divided by current:
HR17-100 (100A): Small and medium current branch, two versions of flip or drawer handle, suitable for branch protection of distribution boxes/control cabinets;
HR17-160 (160A): Suitable for small and medium current main/branch circuits, supports rail installation, and is suitable for motor and mechanical power protection;
HR17-250 (250A): Medium current circuit, triple arch window, suitable for power distribution in factory workshops and commercial buildings;

High current main circuit (400-630A) → HR17-400/HR17-630, used for the main switch of power cabinets and switchgear.
Prefer classic blade structure and intuitive maintenance → HR6 series.
