3 Pole Fuse Switch Disconnector 160A 690V

The ZHENGRONG HR17-160 fuse switch disconnector is a modular, space-saving unit for low-voltage three-phase distribution systems. It combines the functions of a load switch, isolating switch and emergency switch in one device, while integrated fuses deliver short-circuit protection for downstream circuits.

The 3-pole design protects all three phases simultaneously, making it suitable for three-phase AC supply systems in factories, commercial buildings and machinery power entry applications.

Design & Operation

The unit features a translucent blue flip cover on the front, which opens for fuse inspection and replacement without disconnecting the wiring. A recessed handle recess at the top provides a comfortable grip for opening and closing the switch. A row of small raised ribs on the top surface improves grip and adds durability.

When the switch is opened, the disconnector forms a clear visible break, ensuring operator safety during maintenance and emergency disconnection. The internal conductive contacts are made of silver-plated copper or brass for stable conductivity and low temperature rise.

The housing is molded from high-strength, flame-retardant engineering plastic in a light-grey finish, offering excellent insulation, impact resistance and long service life. The blue polycarbonate window combines protection with easy status inspection.

The unit supports two mounting options: snap-on installation on standard 35mm DIN rails, or rear screw fixing on the cabinet mounting plate — providing flexibility for different panel designs.
