3 Pole Fuse Switch Disconnector 160A 690V DIN Rail

The ZHENGRONG HR17-160 fuse switch disconnector is a modular, compact unit for low-voltage three-phase distribution. It performs circuit make/break and isolation while integrated fuses provide short-circuit and overload protection for downstream equipment — all in a single device.

The 3-pole design protects all three phases simultaneously, with three internal fuse positions and contact points visible through the inspection window. Rated 160A at 690V~, 50/60Hz, it suits both 50Hz and 60Hz supply networks worldwide.

Design & Operation

A wide handle on top allows easy manual pull/push operation for circuit make/break. The translucent blue protective cover in the middle enables operators to check fuse condition at a glance without opening the unit, speeding up inspection and troubleshooting.When the switch is opened, the disconnector creates a clear visible break, ensuring safe isolation during maintenance and emergency shutdown. Internal conductors use tinned copper contacts for reliable conductivity and low temperature rise.

Construction & Installation

The housing is molded from high-strength, flame-retardant engineering plastic (polycarbonate or reinforced nylon) in a light-grey finish, offering excellent insulation, impact and heat resistance. The modular design keeps the unit compact and easy to integrate.

Two installation options are available: standard 35mm DIN rail mounting via rear clips, or screw fixing onto the cabinet mounting plate — flexible for different panel layouts.
