3 Pole Fuse Switch Disconnector 100A 690V DIN Rail

The ZHENGRONG HR17-100 fuse switch disconnector is a compact, professional switching and protection device for low-voltage three-phase distribution. It combines the functions of a load switch, isolating switch and short-circuit protection in a single unit, reducing components and simplifying panel wiring.

The 3-pole design protects all three phases of the circuit. It is rated 100A at 690V and complies with GB/T 14048.3-2017, marked as a fuse-switch-disconnector per standard nomenclature.

Design & Operation

The unit consists of a base and an openable upper cover with an integrated horizontal handle at the top. The handle provides a comfortable grip for manual make/break operation, while the translucent blue window in the cover allows operators to check fuse condition at a glance without opening the unit.

The drawer-style cover opens for quick fuse inspection and replacement. The housing is molded from reinforced flame-retardant engineering plastic (nylon or PBT grade) with reinforcing ribs for high mechanical strength, insulation and heat resistance.

Wiring is done via three bottom terminals with screw-clamp connections for secure, maintenance-friendly cable fixing. For installation, the base offers two options: side clips for standard 35mm DIN rail mounting, or two circular screw holes on the base plate for direct fixing onto the cabinet mounting plate. Side slots and latches also allow side-by-side mounting or adding auxiliary contacts.
