3 Pole Fuse Switch Disconnector 250A 690V DIN Rail

The ZHENGRONG HR17-250 fuse switch disconnector is a compact, professional switching and protection device for low-voltage three-phase distribution. It controls circuit make/break and provides a clear isolation point, while integrated fuses protect downstream equipment from overload and short-circuit damage.

The 3-pole design protects all three phases simultaneously. Rated 250A and marked with IEC/EN standard compliance, it is suitable for motors, transformers and other electrical equipment in industrial plants, workshops and commercial buildings.

Design & Operation

A wide operating handle slot at the top provides comfortable manual switching. The large triple-arched translucent blue window in the front allows inspectors to check the fuse status of all three poles at a glance — without opening the switch, reducing inspection time and improving safety.

When opened, the disconnector forms a clear visible break, ensuring safe isolation for maintenance personnel. The housing features two rows of small square indentations on top for added grip and durability, and a rectangular label area above the window for equipment numbering or tags.

Construction & Installation

The housing is molded from light-grey/off-white flame-retardant engineering plastic (PC or nylon grade) offering excellent insulation, heat resistance and mechanical strength. The translucent blue cover is made of transparent blue plastic for easy visual inspection.

Installation is fast and flexible: bottom mounting clips allow snap-on mounting on standard 35mm DIN rails, or screw fixing onto the mounting plate inside distribution cabinets.
