3 Pole Fuse Switch Disconnector 630A 690V

The ZHENGRONG HR17-630 fuse switch disconnector is a heavy-duty device for high-current low-voltage three-phase distribution. It can make, carry and break circuits under no-load conditions while integrated fuses provide short-circuit and overload protection for cables, conductors and equipment — combining load switching, isolation and protection in a single unit.

The 3-pole design protects all three phases simultaneously, with three independent fuse positions visible through the front window. Rated 630A, it is suitable for main circuits in factory power distribution, low-voltage switchgear and capacitor compensation cabinets.

Design & Operation

The front features a prominent triple-arc translucent blue window that allows operators to inspect fuse status of all three poles at a glance without opening the switch. A rectangular recessed grip at the top provides comfortable manual operation, while a row of small square vents/patterns on the top surface aids heat dissipation and grip.

When opened, the disconnector creates a clear visible break, ensuring safe isolation during maintenance. Internal conductive copper busbars and fuse contacts are built for stable high-current performance.

Construction & Installation

Installation is by screw fixing: base mounting slots and bolt covers allow secure installation onto the mounting plate inside distribution cabinets or onto busbar systems.
