This series of fuses consists of a fuse link and a fuse holder. NT00-3P Fuse Base is made of high-strength ceramic flooring or high-temperature resin flooring, with wedge-shaped composite static contacts. It is an open structure with good heat dissipation, high mechanical strength, reliable connection, and easy operation. NT00-3P Fuse Base is compatible with this series, and the NH fuse puller is used to remove the fuse from the base. The fuse link made of pure copper or silver sheet (or silver wire) is sealed in a melt tube made of high-strength ceramic.
The tube is filled with chemically treated high-purity quartz sand, which is used to extinguish the arc medium. A fuse may have a fuse indicator or firing pin, which can display a blown or converted signal and automatically switch circuits (firing pin) when the fuse element is blown.
Application
The NT00-3P Fuse Base series and fuses are mainly used to protect circuits from overload and short circuit (gG/gL). Due to the different melting plates, they may also be used to protect semiconductor devices and other complete sets of equipment from short circuits (aR/gR/gs/gtr) and motors from short circuits (aM). Compliant with national standard GB13539 and International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC60269.
