2 Pole DC Miniature Circuit Breaker DZ47 C32 500V

The ZHENGRONG DZ47-500V miniature circuit breaker is a compact device for photovoltaic DC power distribution. It can make, carry and break DC circuits while integrated thermal-magnetic trip provides short-circuit and overload protection for PV cables, conductors and equipment — combining load switching, isolation and protection in a single unit.

The 2-pole design protects positive and negative poles simultaneously, with working status visible through the front indicator window. Rated 6000A, it is suitable for DC circuits in solar combiner boxes, PV systems and energy storage equipment.

Design & Operation

The front features a clear status indicator window that allows operators to check the working state and pole connection status of the breaker at a glance without disassembling the device. A streamlined toggle lever on the top provides flexible and comfortable manual switching operation, while precision hollowed-out heat dissipation structures on the shell effectively reduce operating temperature and ensure long-term stable operation.

When tripped or opened, the miniature circuit breaker creates a clear visible break, ensuring reliable electrical isolation and safe equipment maintenance. Internal high-precision copper conductive components and dual protection trip mechanisms are built for stable DC current transmission and sensitive overload & short-circuit protection performance.

Construction & Installation

The housing is molded from high-quality flame-retardant engineering plastic with excellent insulation performance, high temperature resistance and strong mechanical toughness. The status window adopts impact-resistant polycarbonate material, effectively preventing cracking and deformation during long-term operation.

Installation adopts standard rail mounting structure. Precision clamping buckle and positioning grooves enable fast and firm installation on standard DIN rails inside DC distribution boxes, solar combiner boxes and energy storage cabinet systems, realizing convenient assembly and disassembly.
